Delivery Information
FREE UK delivery for orders over £20
The handling charge for all orders under £20 for delivery to any UK address is just £2.99.
Signed for delivery is available at an extra cost of £2.99
All items will be delivered by Royal Mail for smaller items or Parcel Force for larger canvases and poster prints.
Photo prints are normally received by UK customers within 1-2 working days from time of dispatch.
For canvas prints, framed / mounted prints, and mugs, it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at your door from the time of dispatch.
We work to order, and produce all our products as quickly as we can, whilst maintaining the highest standards at all times.
If you would like Royal Mail Special Delivery, please call / email so we can advise on pricing as it depends on the item size and weight.
A note about Royal Mail deliveries. Many items we send will not fit through your letterbox. In this case the postie is supposed to leave a 'while you were out' card. In our experience, this does not always happen, and in the case of a delayed delivery we will always ask you to visit your local RM delivery office to ask if they have the item. Please use the optional 'signed for' service if you want a tracking number. This is an additional order cost.
European delivery
With regret, we currently do not ship to EU.
Delivery charges for Europe are calculated in the shopping cart. Minimum postage charge is £5.00.
We currently ship to the following European countries - Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Delivery times are typically 5-10 working days, but please allow up to 28 days at peak/busy times of year (Christmas etc).
Channel Islands delivery / collection
Orders for Guernsey customers can be collected from our premises. There is a handling charge of £1.99 for orders of less that £4. You will receive an email when your order is complete which will have directions to our premises.
The delivery and handling charge for all Channel Island orders (Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm and Jersey) is £7.99 (It does cost more to deliver to C.I. than the UK!)
Dispatch of orders
Canvas prints, photo prints and mugs are carefully packed and delivered via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
We send out orders on the same or next day following your order, although at peak times the preparation of your order can take longer.
Orders are dispatched around midday Monday to Friday.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or on bank holidays.
If two orders are placed for delivery to the same address, we may at our discretion package the orders together.
Secure packaging
Canvas prints, acrylics and framed prints are bubble wrapped and packed in a thick, sturdy cardboard box.
Photo prints and poster size prints, are carefully hand-packed in padded envelopes or sturdy cardboard tubes – depending on their size.
Mugs are packed in polystyrene cubes and then securely packed for postage.
Framed photographic prints are made using a 2mm ultra clear Perspex as opposed to glass. This means they are unbreakable, and will arrive in perfect condition. Once in situ, you will not believe it is not glass!

We cannot accept responsibility for orders once they have been dispatched, or for postal delays, however caused. Please report any delivery damage to us by email with photo evidence.
